1.  Seahawks  ( IDLE ) Seattle is 3rd in the NFL in rushing yards per game (148) and 5th in rushing yards allowed per game (72.3). Next Game: @ Washington 2.  Broncos ( IDLE ) Denver must improve on their last ranked pass defense (285.3 per game). Next Game: vs Arizona 3.  Bengals ( IDLE )  Cincinnati outscored their first three opponents 80-37. Next Game: @ New England 4.  Chargers  ( W vs JAX 33-14 )  Philip Rivers is having a MVP-caliber season completing 70% of his passes for 1155 yards and 9 touchdowns. 1. Broncos ( W vs KC 24-17 ) Denver lead 21-10 at halftime and let the defense carry them the rest of the way. Peyton Manning went 21/26 242 yards with 3 touchdowns. Next Game : @ Seattle 2. Bengals ( W vs ATL 24-10 ) Cincy defense picked off Matt Ryan 3 times. Offense gained 472 total yards. A.J. Green injured in the 1st quarter and left for the remainder of the game. Next Game: vs Tennessee 3.   Eagles ( W @ IND 30-27 )  Darren Sproles had 178 total yards and a touchdown for the comeback win after being down 14 in the 3rd quarter Next Game: vs Washington 4. Seahawks ( L @ SD 21-30 ) Seahawks offense had the ball for 17 mins the entire game. Allowed 30 points for the first time since October 30, 2011. Trell's AFC Prediction

AFC East 1. Patriots (13-3) Easily the best team in the division and arguably the NFL, the Patriots will have nothing but Super Bowl aspirations entering this season. Tom Brady still can play at a MVP caliber with a host of "plug and play" players on offense, including his favorite target Rob Gronkowski.  The biggest splash made this offseason maybe on the defensive side of the ball with the signings of Darrelle Revis and Brandon Browner. The much improved defense will be key in getting Brady his elusive 4th championship. 2. Jets (8-8)   Rex Ryan is back as the Jets look to improve on last years surprising 8-8 season with a revamped receiving group with Eric Decker and Jacoby Ford.  More importantly, the Jets signed speedster Chris Johnson to improve a backfield that was quietly top 10 in the NFL last season. Health has been an issue for the Jets defense in recent years, if they can improve on the 22nd ranked pass defense maybe Rex Ryan can sneak his team into the l...
