NBA players should reconsider international competition

Dante Exum is the latest NBA bit by the injury bug while participating in international competition. The torn ACL in Exum's left knee was a non-contact injury while coming to a jump stop.  The injury will most likely keep Exum out for the entire 2015-16 season. The Utah Jazz selected Exum with the 5th in the 2014 draft and was expected to make an huge impact for a young Jazz roster. Melo has a scoring title, consistently top 5 in scoring and has not shown any signs of fear towards LeBron or Kobe (even though they are better.).  Paul George is up and coming and I don't want to sound like I'm hating on him but I refuse to fall into the hype just yet. George defensively is better than Melo but Melo offen...
