Jason Whitlock " Poor People "

Jason Whitlock comments this past week on the FS1 talk shows " Speak for Yourself" and 'The Herd" regarding Lebron James handling of the vandalism that happen to his home were ridiculous. He said and I quote " that Lebron is not a victim, racism only effects poor people." Chris Broussard begin naming guys like Trayvon Martin, Eric Garner, Henry Lewis Gates, and Jason Whitlock responded, " poor people." Seriously? Who the hell are you to say these are poor people or to just designate racism to only poor people. This isn't being an uncle Tom this is Jason Whitlock being ignorant and insulting to every American rich or poor, black or white who have experienced racism. Image result for jason whitlockThis isn't the first time Jason Whitlock has degraded his own race though, he has made awful remarks regarding Mike Tomlin and Kobe Bryant as well for ratings. He figures as long as I say these controversial things about the black race and the black athletes, I will keep the right people happy and I will get enough of the right audience that it will not matter if I am pissing off the black audience. FS1 needs to seriously look at these comments and decide is this someone that they want representing their brand. He is highly opinionated, he is more wrong then right in most of his comments but more so then anything he is beginning to offend families who are still grieving from the lost of love ones by calling them " poor people." Racism only exist to " poor people" those comments are going to be the death of his career, he will regret them for a lifetime and I honestly believe the same people he was trying to impress are laughing at him now. Barak Obama never experienced racism? Muhammad Ali never experienced racism? The word nigger being spray painted on Lebron Fence isn't racism? He should apologize publically for these comments to everyone and apologize personally to each of the families he reference as "poor people."
